Product details
NAD+ supports cellular energy, DNA repair and overall metabolic function, and it’s widely studied for healthy aging and longevity. Here’s exactly what you receive if a physician prescribes it.

If your pump delivers 0.1 mL per spray, each spray contains 30 mg. Your provider sets how many sprays you use.

For example, a 100 mg dose is 0.5 mL, or 50 units on a U-100 syringe. Your provider sets your dose.

No surprises
Your NAD+ plan costs the same whether you choose the nasal spray or the injection. The consultation is free, and shipping and provider follow-up are part of the price.

Understanding the price
NAD+ isn’t sold as an FDA-approved brand-name drug. It’s compounded: a licensed pharmacy prepares it for you under a prescription. The FDA explains that compounded medicines are made for individual patients and aren’t reviewed by the agency for safety or effectiveness.
Our plan prices bundle the parts that usually cost extra: your provider’s care, the compounded NAD+ and discreet shipping. You won’t pay a separate visit fee, membership or delivery charge.
Buy safely
Four checks the FDA and pharmacy regulators recommend before buying prescription medicine online.
Real NAD+ therapy needs a prescription. Be wary of any site that sells it without a health review.
Compounded NAD+ should come from a state-licensed pharmacy, never an anonymous overseas seller.

NADMedics is self-pay, so we don't bill insurance. Compounded NAD+ is rarely covered by insurance plans anyway, and a flat price means no prior authorizations or surprise bills.
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and medication already shipped is yours to keep.
