1. Overview
NADMedics ("NADMedics," "we," "us" or "our") runs nadmedics.org, a website that connects people with independently licensed U.S. healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies for NAD+ therapy. This policy covers information collected when you visit the site or use our services.
Health information you share with treating providers is handled under HIPAA where it applies. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices explains those protections in more detail.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, date of birth, contact details, shipping address, payment details and anything you send us by email or form.
- Health information. Answers to health questionnaires, notes from your consultation, prescriptions and any records you choose to share with your provider.
- Device and usage information. Pages you view, links you click, device and browser type, IP address and the time of your visit, collected with cookies and similar tools.
- Information from partners. Payment confirmations, identity checks and order updates from the pharmacies and service providers who help deliver your care.
3. How we use information
- To run the website and the services you request
- To connect you with a licensed provider and pass prescriptions to a licensed pharmacy

- To understand how the site is used and make it better
4. Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then stop working. Where the law requires it, we ask before setting cookies that aren't essential.
5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal or health information.
6. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption, access controls and monitoring, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal obligations, settle disputes and enforce agreements. Medical records are kept for the period state recordkeeping laws require, which is often six to ten years or longer.
