1. Where we ship
Prescribed NAD+ ships to addresses in the United States, subject to state law and your provider's approval. If treatment can't be shipped to your state, your provider will tell you during your consultation.
2. Processing time
Once a provider approves your prescription and payment is confirmed, your order goes to a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Pharmacies usually prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days, and you'll be notified when yours ships.
3. Delivery times
Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on where you live and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees; weather and busy periods can cause delays.
4. Shipping cost and packaging
Shipping is included in your plan price. Orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.
5. Temperature-sensitive orders
NAD+ is often shipped with insulation and cold packs to protect it in transit. When your package arrives, bring it inside promptly and store it exactly as the label says, which is often in the refrigerator.
6. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Please make sure someone can bring the package inside soon after delivery.
7. Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your package is very late, seems lost or arrives damaged, email team@nadmedics.org within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We'll work with the pharmacy and carrier to fix it, including a replacement where appropriate.
8. Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect address may need a re-shipping fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address before your order ships.
