1. Agreement to these terms
By using nadmedics.org or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
2. What NADMedics does
NADMedics provides a website and booking service that connects adults in the United States with independently licensed healthcare providers. Providers make their own medical decisions. NADMedics does not practice medicine and does not dispense medication; prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies.
3. Not for emergencies
NADMedics is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis in the U.S., call or text 988.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
- You must give complete and truthful information about your health, medicines and identity.
- Services may not be available in every state, and your provider will tell you if care can't be offered where you live.
5. Consultations and prescriptions
Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. A provider decides whether NAD+ therapy is appropriate based on your health history and may decline to prescribe. NAD+ has no FDA-approved use, and compounded NAD+ is not FDA-approved. Follow your provider's instructions and your pharmacy label, and tell your provider about any side effects.
6. Payments and plans
Your first consultation is free. If a provider prescribes treatment and you choose to start, your plan is billed in advance for the plan length you choose (1, 2 or 3 months) at the price shown when you sign up. Prices shown on our website are indicative and are confirmed after a provider assesses your eligibility. You can cancel at any time, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices may change, and we'll tell you before a change affects your plan.
7. Your account
Keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
8. Acceptable use
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
- Don't book care for someone else or share prescribed medication.
- Don't try to disrupt, copy or reverse engineer the site.
9. Content and trademarks
The text, design, logos and images on nadmedics.org belong to NADMedics or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Information on the site is general education, not medical advice.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current but can't guarantee it is complete or error-free. Results from any treatment vary from person to person, and no outcome is promised.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NADMedics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
