1. Free consultation
Your first consultation with a provider is free, so there's nothing to refund. You're only charged if a provider prescribes NAD+ and you decide to start.
2. NAD+ plans
NAD+ plans are billed in advance for the plan length you choose: 1, 2 or 3 months. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee and no contract. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund unused time in a prepaid period unless the law requires it.
3. Medication orders
For safety reasons, prescription medication that has been dispensed and shipped can't be returned or refunded. This is standard for licensed pharmacies. If your order hasn't been prepared yet, contact us quickly and we'll try to cancel it before it ships.
4. Damaged, defective or wrong orders
If your NAD+ arrives damaged, defective or not what was prescribed, email team@nadmedics.org within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the pharmacy to send a replacement or give an appropriate refund at no cost to you.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email team@nadmedics.org with your name, the email on your account and the charge or order you're asking about. Each request is reviewed individually, and we usually reply within one business day.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks and card issuers show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
